Does it melt or heat the ice?
No – IceSwipe scrapes, it doesn't heat. For very thick ice, run your car's defroster for a few minutes first, then swipe it off.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 minutes per charge from the built-in 2600mAh battery. A full USB charge takes about 3–4 hours; the light shows red while charging and green when full.

Will it scratch my windshield?
Used as intended – disc flat on clean glass – it is designed to remove frost without damaging the glass. Always clear away sand and grit first.
How do I get the best result?
Keep the disc and the glass free of sand and grit, hold the disc flat on the window and use long, steady passes.

Shipping is free. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 6–14 business days in total, with tracking.
